Hair Expo is hitting Melbourne this year in June, and the event has introduced a new ticket especially for barbers to make the most of its men’s styling and grooming education program, which was released last week.

The Barberland pass means ticketholders can attend all five barbering educational sessions; with Mikey Denton (USA), MENSPIRE (UK), the WAHL Education and Artistic Team (W.E.A.T), Melbourne’s Kings Domain crew, and the legendary Jules Tognini. You’ll also receive a three-day Hair Expo pass to explore the show floor, with some top-notch brands like Barber Brands International, Andis, Excellent Edges, Reuzel, Fatboy, Mizutani, WAHL, and many more appearing in Melbourne this year.

If you’d like to attend something more hands-on, there’s also a separate three-hour workshop with the guys from MENSPIRE, where attendees will unlock a deeper understanding of men’s hair cutting via the principles of disconnection.

On the Expo floor, make sure you stop by the men’s stage on Monday for the live final of the Barber Brands International Barber of the Year 2018. If you think you’ve got what it takes to take out the title, make sure you enter the heats in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne on the Cutthroat Journal website.

Barberland passes are $259. The show runs over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, 9-11 June. For more info, head to www.hairexpoaustralia.com
